Personal Power Restoration

As with the experience of a strengthening of your Personal Medicine, Personal Power Restoration is an awareness process of full body presence, grounded here and now on our precious life giving earth. Being receptive to the healing resources and energies that are available throughout the spectrum of Life (spiritual, cosmic, universal Source, God/Goddess) can be more beneficially received when we are grounded standing softly yet firmly between heaven and earth. Shamanic traditions believe that our soul is connected with the biosphere in a unique way by it’s relationship with a particular landscape/s. Our earthly body becomes part of the larger body of our living Earth body.  In this, each person has a particular landscape where s/he most strongly feels a resonance and belongs with and to. It is in this sense of resonance and belonging that an intensification of power restoration and healing can happen. Most commonly this is a landscape that we have grown up within however not necessarily.

Personal Power restoration is also most importantly a process of becoming aware of, and aligning to our True Core Self, our Essence, the one that has always been, the one that is, and will always be.

Personal Power Restoration is a process of allowing ourselves to own fully who we authentically are (our True Core Self) and taking responsibility for who we are, where we are, and our healing and our relationship with the Spirit of Life.
